My Story Spinner

I remember asking the stubborn man that was standing in the alley who I could only see when the headlights of the cars going by reflected just right off of the windows of the buildings across the street what he was doing but he just acted like he didn't see me and kept on walking.

After i followed him down a little ways more just to make sure he was ok i noticed he disappeared into a
vestibule of an old parking garage downtown. After i made it in the garage I found him sitting on the edge of building looking around at the city.

I then got closer to the man and herd him talking to himself and he kept saying why did things have to get blamed on me and then he started to cry. Then I went and asked him if he was ok and he said that he would would be fine and told me to leave. I then told the man ok I hope you will be and said bye and walked out of the garage.

Swin Flu

I think that everyone should really be watching out because the way that the flu is spreading and how it is spreading all over the world not just in one place makes it even scarier. There are already 245 suspected people to have it in the US and one person has died. I'm glad that the government is trying to help out to stop the spread of the swin flu even more so that many more people are not effected.

My teacher story

When I moved here in fifth grade my teacher Mrs. Hasaloff. She helped me all the time and helped me to get caught up here and get prepared for Jr. high. The whole year she was nice and helped me the whole time when ever I needed it. I am glad she helped me when I was new here and if I saw her today I would thank her.

My Senior Poem

I waited for what seemed like forever
to be a senior and now
I am finally a senior
in the past I've waited to be one
but now I don't want it to end
all the memories, and friends
I've made along the way
and all the days of coming to
Childress High School
will always be in my head
even when I'm old ill still
remember the good old times
at Childress High.

My Human Interest Story

BOSTON — An untimely sneeze nearly cost Andrew Hanson his life.

The 42-year-old Weymouth man told authorities that a sneeze caused him to lose control of his pickup on Soldiers Field Road and plunge into Boston's Charles River on Tuesday.

Hanson was able to wade to shore after escaping from the truck, which was partially submerged in 4 feet of water.

He was not seriously injured but was taken to a hospital as a precaution.

Lawrence Callahan of the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation said Hanson told him that after he sneezed, "the next thing he knew he was in the river."

My Story Through A Dogs Eyes

One day I went for a walk around Childress. I started out over by Wal*Mart and walked down Hwy. 287. I stop by McDonalds and tried to get something to eat but no one would give me any food, so I walked down to Sonic and any very nice person gave me some of their left over hamburger. After I finished my hamburger I just started walking some more. After about 10 minutes I started to hear kids, so I walked towards the sound and I found some really tall kids. Some of the kids liked me and some of them were yelling at me to leave the school.

After I got kicked off of the school grounds I went over to the park and chased the ducks for a while. It was starting to get dark so I started to walk back towards wal*mart and to my family. When I was walking up to jump into the bed of the truck and I made it just as they were pulling away.

This is a picture of me, to who ever finds this letter.

Who has packed my parachute

There have been many people that have helped to pack my parachute. Some of the names that come to my mind really quick are my parents, grandparents, my sister and some of my friends. The person that has packed my parachute more than anyone is my grandma. Even though she is no longer here with me, i know she is in a better place watching over me. She told me many things that I still use everyday and even though I didn't think it then she really did know what right and what I should do. Sometimes I wish she was still here but I know one day ill see her again and she will be proud of all the things that I have done with my life.
